The primary goal of the La Sima Foundation's Youth Angle (YA) Project is to increase awareness of HIV primary medical and social support services, available to youth 13 to 24, in the Dallas EMA/HSDA. The secondary goal of the project is to identify out-of-care HIV positive youth through an intensive outreach - case finding effort and to enroll HIV positive youth into care.
